On Saturday, May 19th, we went for a school, family bike ride :) The weather was beautiful and the trip went really well...

Our Students on May 18^th went for a School trip to the Polish National/Central Bank. During the visit Students hade the opportunity to learn about the history, objectives and tasks of the Central Bank. Students saw the Library of Economics, they visited the notes exhibition on the occasion of 50 - year partnership with NBP designer Andrzej Heidrich and Numismatic Museum, which houses the exhibition devoted to the pontificate of John Paul II The Children also participated in a show of counting coins and notes and learnt how to recognize the authenticity of banknotes denominated in Polish currency.

On May 17th tour Students from grades 1-3 received diplomas for taking part in a „Zuch” competition. Among our Students there are as many as 7 laureates of the competition, in which a few thousands students from all over Poland took part! Congratulations!

On May 16th there was a meeting with Ms. Ewa Chotomska, the daughter of famous children's literature writer Wanda Chotomska. Ewa Chotomska is generally known as the aunt “Klotka” from the television programme "Tik - Tak". During the meeting she talked about her mother, Wanda Chotomska, teaching her rhyming, about her work on television, the books she wrote and her songs. There was also poem recitation, song singing and various comeptitions.

On April 26^th we celebrated our School Day. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together with our Students and their Parents, to take part in variuos activities, to invite Guests from outside the School and to organise a joyful celebration of our School's existance.

On April 19^th our Students went for a School trip to Krolikarnia. They participated in a museum lesson "Artistic experiments, canvas, paints and pigments". The lesson and the trip were very interesting!

On April 11th grade 4 Students took part in super interesting chemical workshops, animated by our special Guest invited to School on that very occasion. They made many scientific experiments...

Our Students took part in the charity action organised by Polska Akcja Humanitarna (Eng. Polish Humanitarian Action) called A Well for the South, it's aim being to support the building of water wells in Southern Sudan. We managed to collect 968,97 PLN. The money was transferred to the PAH bank account. We would really like to express our appreciation to our Students for taking part in the collection and to all the Parents for moral and material support of their effors!

On March 21^st, on the 1^st day of Spring, we welcomed Spring at our School...

On March 19th Students from grades I-III took part in a general school curriculum test Zuch. The content of the test is adapted to the existing core curriculum and takes into account the Polish language education, socio-natural education and mathematics. The competition develops imagination and creative thinking of children.

On the 15th of March the Grade III and IV classes took part in an International Mathematics Competition Kangur Matematyczny. (Eng. Maths Kangaroo) The competition is aimed at all learners from primary schools, middle schools and high schools; overall the competition is divided into 6 different categories. Our Learners took part in the „Maluch“ category (Eng. “Little”). Everyone was very excited about participating in the contest...

On March 13^th we had our School Great Britain Fun Day. Students made wonderful projects on Great Britain, we had a lot of fun...

On March 12th Students from grades III and IV who took 1^st and 2^nd places in our School recital competition, took part in a Mazovia province competition for school students.

And these are the flowers that our Gentlemen Teachers gave to every Lady at the School on March 8^th :)

On March 7^th at an official ceremony the laureates and participants of the English Olimpics received special prizes and diplomas.

On March 5th our Students went to the Museum of Literature. Thay had the opportunity to visit the Museum and participate in a museum lesson "A box called imagination." The lesson was designed to develop imagination, sensitivity enhancement of the vocabulary and prepare Students to interpret a literary text.

The 1st of March is World Book Day and we as a School celebrated it together with our Learners. The aim of World Book Day is to encourage everyone to discover the joy of reading and thus pursue reading for their own pleasure.

We organised an interschool book exchange. During English lessons we also made our very own bookmarks, which each Student will be able to keep as a reminder of this special day.

On February 22^nd there was a recital competition at our School together with mini-theatrical workshops. We had a very honourable guest among us, a well-known actor, Waldemar Obloza, who was also the chairman of the jury and who run the workshops. We would like to congratualte once again all the competition Participants and Winners!

At the last days of carnival we had fun at a School carnival ball. The music was provided by professional DJs from RMF MAXXX Radio. We also managed to choose the ball Queen and King!

Our Students took very high places in the Olympics of the English language.

In both our grades 1 one Student won the 1st place, a laureate diploma and a prize, one Student took the 6th place and the status of the Olympics laureate. Other Students took places from 11th to 44th. In the grades 1 Olympics there were 1264 participants from all over Poland.

In grade III one Student took the 6th place and the status of the Olympics laureate. Other Students took places from 13th to 28th. In the grades 3 Olympics there were 2769 participants from all over Poland.

In grade IV one Student took the 7th place and the status of the Olimpics laureate. Other Students took places from 12th to 25th. In the grades 4 Olimpics there were 1828 participants from all over Poland.

The number of points scored by all the Students from our School was higher than the average! We congratulate all our Students and their Parents!
